{"id":8641,"date":"2020-04-09T12:19:10","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T10:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ch-lippmann.de\/blog\/dampffreiheit\/?p=8641"},"modified":"2024-04-22T09:55:39","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T07:55:39","slug":"de-bfr-verbrauchermonitor-e-zigarette","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2020\/04\/de-bfr-verbrauchermonitor-e-zigarette\/","title":{"rendered":"[DE] BfR &#8211; Verbrauchermonitor E-Zigarette"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>Das Bundesinstitut f\u00fcr Risikobewertung hat einen Bericht zu einer eigenen Umfrage in Bezug auf die E-Zigarette ver\u00f6ffentlicht: &#8222;<em><strong>BfR-Verbrauchermonitor 2019 &#8211; Spezial E-Zigaretten<\/strong><\/em>&#8220; <span id='easy-footnote-1-8641' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2020\/04\/de-bfr-verbrauchermonitor-e-zigarette\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-8641' title=' &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bfr.bund.de\/cm\/350\/bfr-verbrauchermonitor-2019-spezial-e-zigaretten.pdf&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noopener noreferrer&quot;&gt;https:\/\/www.bfr.bund.de\/cm\/350\/bfr-verbrauchermonitor-2019-spezial-e-zigaretten.pdf&lt;\/a&gt; '><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!--more-->Erschreckend ist das Ergebnis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>84% der Befragten denken, dass E-Zigaretten gesundheitliche Risiken mit sich bringen.<\/li>\n<li>Gesundheitliche Risiken Tabakzigarette vs. E-Zigarette haben nur 6% geantwortet, dass das Risiko der E-Zigarette viel niedriger ist.<\/li>\n<li>nur 13% finden die E-Zigarette als etwas positives<\/li>\n<li>nur 12%\u00a0 wissen, dass die E-Zigarette f\u00fcr den Rauchstopp geeignet ist<\/li>\n<li>57% sind der Meinung, dass Rauchverbote auch auf die E-Zigarette ausgeweitet werden sollten.<\/li>\n<li>nur 6% denken, dampfen (statt rauchen) in\u00a0 der Schwangerschaft ist in Ordnung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die begleitende Zusammenfassung des BfR &#8222;<em><strong>E-Zigaretten: Mehrheit der Bev\u00f6lkerung sieht gesundheitliche Risiken<\/strong><\/em>&#8220; <span id='easy-footnote-2-8641' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2020\/04\/de-bfr-verbrauchermonitor-e-zigarette\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-8641' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bfr.bund.de\/de\/presseinformation\/2020\/09\/e_zigaretten__mehrheit_der_bevoelkerung_sieht_gesundheitliche_risiken-244844.html&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noopener noreferrer&quot;&gt;https:\/\/www.bfr.bund.de\/de\/presseinformation\/2020\/09\/e_zigaretten__mehrheit_der_bevoelkerung_sieht_gesundheitliche_risiken-244844.html&lt;\/a&gt;'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span> ist sehr schwammig gehalten. Anstatt klipp und klar im Resultat festzustellen, dass diese Unsicherheiten in der Bev\u00f6lkerung auf die undifferenzierte Berichterstattung in den Medien, dem Nichtaufkl\u00e4ren durch Politik und Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rden zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, bleibt der Leser bei dem Fazit mit gemischten Gef\u00fchlen zur\u00fcck und wei\u00df nun nicht mehr als zuvor oder denkt wohl noch, dass die E-Zigarette genauso sch\u00e4dlich wie das Rauchen ist. Obwohl bisher keine ordentliche Studie einen &#8222;sch\u00e4dlichen Passivdampf&#8220; festgestellt hat, erweckt das BfR mit viel <strong>k\u00f6nnte, vielleicht<\/strong> im Zusammenhang mit dem Umfrageergebnis den Eindruck, dass die E-Zigarette eigentlich unter das Nichtraucherschutzgesetz fallen m\u00fcsste. Das ist der falsche Ansatz! Es h\u00e4tte viel besser herausgearbeitet werden m\u00fcssen, dass Raucher ihre gesundheitlichen Risiken minimieren, wenn sie auf die E-Zigarette umsteigen und f\u00fcr Dritte keine Gefahr vor der E-Zigarette oder dem Dampf besteht.
