\nThe new law is equally regulate the e-cigarettes with or without nicotine, having a new definition for the nicotine free version:imitation tobacco products.
\nThe new rule treats vaping as smoking, bans vaping in public spaces and sends vapers to designated smoking areas to inhale the second hand smoke of tobacco users, all in the name of health protection. It also forces all current vendors to terminate their businesses and delegates the trade rights exclusively into the hands of the national tobacco shops (owned mostly by friends and families of the current regime, also of course counter-interested in providing proper goods and service for vapers), all in the name of youth protection. It also bans online sales in the name of youth protection.
