Juli 2022 die erste Stufe der Besteuerung von nikotinfreien, wie auch nikotinhaltigen Liquids f\u00e4llig, n\u00e4mlich 0,16\u20ac\/ml! Danach steigt diese j\u00e4hrlich bis ab 2026 0,32\u20ac\/ml erhoben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das bedeutet im Klartext: durch diese Steuer wird nicht das Rauchen verhindert sondern das Rauchen gef\u00f6rdert, da die unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfige Besteuerung von Liquids dazu f\u00fchrt, dass Raucher nicht mehr oder kaum noch auf die sicherere Alternative E-Zigarette umsteigen werden. Die Politik sch\u00fctzt damit den Absatz von Tabak aber auch der ineffektiven Nikotinersatzmittelchen. D.h. aus meiner Sicht ist das eine Win-Win-Win-Situation f\u00fcr Big-Tobacco + Big-Pharma + Staatss\u00e4ckel, darunter zu leiden haben gesundheitlich wie auch finanziell rauchende und dampfende Menschen!!!<\/p>\n<p>Dem evidenzbasierten Ansatz der Tabakschadensminimierung <span id='easy-footnote-2-10828' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2021\/06\/de-tabstmog-bundesrat-nickt-ab\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-10828' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.frankfurt-university.de\/fileadmin\/standard\/Hochschule\/Fachbereich_4\/Forschung\/ISFF\/Veranstaltungen\/Webinar_E-Zigaretten_2020\/Positionspapier_E-Zigarette_final_28102020.pdf&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noopener&quot;&gt;https:\/\/www.frankfurt-university.de\/fileadmin\/standard\/Hochschule\/Fachbereich_4\/Forschung\/ISFF\/Veranstaltungen\/Webinar_E-Zigaretten_2020\/Positionspapier_E-Zigarette_final_28102020.pdf&lt;\/a&gt;'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span> hat hiermit die Politik, insbesondere die CDU\/CSU und SPD, eine klare Absage erteilt.
