M\u00e4rz 2021 startete nun die dritte \u00f6ffentliche Konsultation zu diesem Vorhaben, an welcher sich jeder EU-B\u00fcrger beteiligen kann, bzw. interessierter Dampfer sollten. Diese Konsultation l\u00e4uft bis zum 22. Juni 2021 00:00 Uhr.<\/p>\n<p>Die Seite der Konsultation ist \u00fcber den folgenden Link zu erreichen:<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/12645-Tobacco-taxation-excise-duties-for-manufactured-tobacco-products-updated-rules-\/public-consultation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/12645-Tobacco-taxation-excise-duties-for-manufactured-tobacco-products-updated-rules-\/public-consultation<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In den vorherigen Konsultationen 2016 und 2018 haben ca. 90% der teilnehmenden Verbraucher gegen eine Besteuerung von E-Dampfprodukte gestimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Ich nehme an, dies ist die letzte Chance sich als Verbraucher von sicheren Nikotinprodukten Geh\u00f6r zu verschaffen. Daher appelliere ich an alle Dampfer und Unterst\u00fctzer der Tabakschadensminimierung, an dieser Konsultation teilzunehmen und mit einem &#8222;NEIN&#8220; gegen die Pl\u00e4ne einer Besteuerung von E-Dampfprodukten zu stimmen!<\/p>\n<p>Die Gr\u00fcnde gegen eine Steuer auf E-Dampfprodukte \u00fcberlappen sich zum gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil mit denen gegen das geplante nationale TabStMoG <span id='easy-footnote-2-10433' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2021\/04\/eu-eu-kommission-oeffentliche-konsultation-nein-zur-steuer-auf-e-dampfprodukte\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-10433' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2021\/03\/de-tabstmog-aktion-offener-brief\/&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noopener&quot;&gt;https:\/\/dampffreiheit.de\/blog\/2021\/03\/de-tabstmog-aktion-offener-brief\/&lt;\/a&gt;'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bildung eines gef\u00e4hrlichen Schwarzmarktes und Kriminalisierung der Dampfer<\/li>\n<li>Raucher werden davon abgehalten auf sicherere Nikotinprodukte umzusteigen<\/li>\n<li>Tabakabsatzmarkt wird gesch\u00fctzt<\/li>\n<li>Dampfer kehren zum Rauchen zur\u00fcck.<\/li>\n<li>E-Dampfprodukte und Tabakerhitzer m\u00fcssen eine f\u00f6rdernde Rolle in Europas Plan zur Krebsbek\u00e4mpfung spielen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nutzt das Freitextfeld und auch die M\u00f6glichkeit ein pers\u00f6nliches Anschreiben an den Fragebogen anzuh\u00e4ngen um mit Fakten gegen diese unsinnige Pl\u00e4ne der EU-Kommission zu argumentieren. Eine Steuer auf E-Dampfprodukte f\u00fcllt h\u00f6chstens etwas die Staatss\u00e4ckel, der Gesundheit rauchender Menschen hingegen dient sie nicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nachtrag<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bitte
